bdbig Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdbig", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bdbig platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://bdbig.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the bdbig platform.
• "Account" means the personal bdbig account created by a Player following successful registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• "Platform" means the bdbig website at https://bdbig.io, including all pages, features, betting markets, casino games, payment interfaces, and customer support channels.
• "Services" means all products and features offered through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and promotional offers.
• "Funds" means the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) balance held in a Player's bdbig account, comprising deposited real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds separately tracked.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process that bdbig requires of Players before processing withdrawal requests above stated thresholds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player's account under a bdbig promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdbig. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bdbig's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

3 Eligibility

Use of the bdbig Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the period of account holding:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdbig does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an account or use any part of the Platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion from bdbig or from any other gambling operator under a cross-operator exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be acting as an agent for any third party in funding or operating your Account.

bdbig reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of the Account pending further review.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one active bdbig account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different device or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bdbig reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all pending and historical bets placed across those accounts.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, bdbig requires Players to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address may also be required. KYC documents must be submitted through the secure verification portal within the Account dashboard. bdbig will not request KYC documents via email or live chat.

4.4 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username and password. bdbig strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. bdbig will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account using correct login credentials will be treated as authorised unless you have notified support of suspected unauthorised access before such activity took place.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

bdbig accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit, though individual transaction limits set by your payment provider may apply.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdbig account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes depending on card issuer processing times.

bdbig reserves the right to request evidence that a payment method belongs to the registered account holder before processing transactions associated with that method. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are processed to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within an average of 5 minutes. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard are subject to card network processing timescales of 1–5 business days.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account withdrawal interface. Players who require a withdrawal above the stated maximum should contact support at [email protected].

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

bdbig requires that deposited funds have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted. This condition applies to real-money deposits and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements. Where a Player deposits and requests withdrawal without placing any bets, bdbig reserves the right to deduct a processing administration charge from the withdrawal amount.

6.4 Verification Holds

bdbig may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, additional source-of-funds checks, or fraud screening. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with instructions for resolving it. bdbig aims to resolve all verification holds within 24 hours of receiving satisfactory documentation.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bdbig offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside that promotion. Where those terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Multiple-account bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.
• bdbig reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any in-progress wagering at the time of withdrawal will be settled at the existing terms.
• Bonus winnings that exceed a stated maximum cap will be forfeited. Maximum win caps are published in each promotion's terms.
• bdbig reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credit or bonus-derived winnings if it reasonably determines that the promotion was exploited in a manner not intended by its terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bdbig Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement except where a void market rule applies (see below). Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.

8.2 Void Markets

A market may be voided and bets refunded at the pre-bet odds in circumstances including: match abandonment, postponement beyond the stated settlement window, proven data error in odds pricing, or force majeure events. bdbig's trading team makes all void-market determinations and such determinations are final.

8.3 Casino & Slots Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on the bdbig Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi). Game results are final once the game round completes. Technical malfunctions during a game round will result in the round being voided and the stake returned to the Player's account.

8.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all betting and casino products. These limits are displayed within individual game or market interfaces. bdbig reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market or game at its sole discretion, including reducing limits for Players identified as consistently winning.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbig Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes for systematic financial gain without reporting them to bdbig support.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or bonus abuse strategies designed to circumvent the commercial intent of promotional offers.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdbig staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, modify, or compromise the Platform's source code, servers, or databases.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbig Platform — including but not limited to the bdbig brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, written content, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bdbig or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of bdbig.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bdbig collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with bdbig, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdbig implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit — to protect Player data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. bdbig will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Responsible Gaming

bdbig is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. A self-exclusion request takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbig's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their bdbig account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdbig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bdbig has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdbig does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. bdbig will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bdbig reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bdbig will provide reasonable notice via a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practical, by email to the address registered on your Account. The effective date of each version of the Terms is stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bdbig Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should contact the bdbig support team at [email protected] with full details of their complaint. bdbig will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will provide a substantive written response within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, further options will be communicated to the Player at that stage.
